7. Payments & Programs

Prices and payment terms are stated at purchase — by paying, you agree to them.

All content, training materials, and frameworks belong to Stealth Wealth Academy or are licensed to us.

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and portfolio-building.

10. Termination

Disrupt our community.
If terminated, you may lose access to programs, materials, and support without a refund.

11. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits).

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the issue.

12. You Cover Us, Too

You agree to indemnify Stealth Wealth Academy against claims, losses, or costs caused by your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (unless your local laws say otherwise).

Disputes will be handled in Sheridan County, Wyoming courts.
